Klamparen is located on Fleminggatan 12-14, where the Norrmalm district meets Kungsholmen. This part of the city is filled with the sound of birds chirping along the Karlberg Channel, while it is within a stone’s throw of the pulse of Kungsgatan.
The property will undergo interior renovation with a partially new floor plan, new flooring and materials and new technical installations, including lighting, electricity, sprinklers and ventilation. Approximately 31,000 square metres on ten floors will be renovated for our future tenants, the Swedish Board of Education and the Civil Contingencies Agency.
