Security and safety solutions
Fabege offers its tenants security in the form of area surveillance. This service prevents crime by means of a high security level at times when premises are normally not staffed. Among other features, security guards are to be visible in the areas as they check people and vehicles. Security guards promptly respond to alarms, thereby minimising the extent of any damage.
Another component of this concept is the emergency security/safety service. This entails that people affiliated with companies on the site can contact security guards in the event of, for example, the activation and deactivation of alarms, or for personal escort to a bus stop or car in the event of late departure from the premises.
Systematic fire safety programme
A systematic fire safety programme is conducted at all of Fabege’s properties. The fire safety programme is essentially a way of ensuring proper order in properties and in terms of fire safety. Fire safety is aimed at preventing fires, as well as at saving lives and curtailing material damage should an accident occur. The programme requires cooperation between Fabege, as the landlord, and our tenants.

Fabege does not only endeavour to reduce its own environment-impacting waste but also assists customers in doing so. The first step is generally to permit customers to identify their own waste volume and then assist them in reducing the amount and sorting what remains in a smarter way.
